What’s inside — seven tabs
73 tasks from 8 weeks before to the first week after. Every due date is computed from the move-in date you type once; a progress bar per time window.
One row per box: room, contents, fragile, packed, unpacked, declared value. Boxes-per-room count on the side.
Estimated vs. actual per line — movers, truck, deposits, supplies, travel — with over/under and unpaid total always visible.
Utilities, bank, insurance, subscriptions, government — who to notify, date notified, confirmed. Pre-filled organisations.
Room by room with a priority column: locks, utilities on, internet, smoke alarms, shut-off valves — the first-week list.
Hour-by-hour plan for the day itself: who does what, keys, walk-through, photos, hand-over.
DMV, voter registration, taxes, professional licenses, records. You write your new state's rule and the number of days; the sheet computes the due date.
How it works
Stripe checkout — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your personal delivery link is on the confirmation page and in your email.
The delivery page has a Make a copy button for Google Sheets and a download button for Excel. The copy is in your own Drive, yours to edit and print.
Every due date across all seven tabs recalculates. Tick tasks off as you go; the progress bars keep the overview.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not pre-fill your state’s deadlines, deposit rules, DMV grace periods or tax thresholds — those differ by state and change. Each row that depends on one has a field where you write the rule you looked up, and the number of days; the due date follows. The same stance as the crime data on this site: method and structure, not authority. It is not a legal, tax or financial document.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Google Sheets?
A free Google account is enough — nothing to install. If you prefer Excel or Numbers, the same planner comes as an .xlsx file too.
Does the timeline adjust to my move date?
Yes. Enter your move-in date once and every due date in all seven tabs recalculates.
Is it printable?
Yes. Each tab is laid out for printing from Google Sheets or Excel — the checklist and moving-day tabs work well on paper.
Does it cover my state's deadlines?
It lists what to do and where. Deadlines differ by state and change, so each Out-of-State row has a field for the rule you look up and the number of days — the due date follows.
When do I get it?
Instantly. Your personal delivery link is on the confirmation page and in your email receipt; it opens the Google Sheets copy and the Excel download.
Can I use this for a client or resell it?
No — personal use only. One purchase, as many of your own moves as you like.
What if I want my money back?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. The cancel link is in your receipt and on the delivery page.
Anything else? Email , or reply to your receipt after purchase.
